My mother retained Ms Stinvil for her divorce. She charged my $7500 and that money was supposed to be recouped from my mother's ex-husband as my mom also sued for legal fees. Ms. Stinvil never refunded my mom her initial $7500. There was also a matter of getting my mother's ex-husband name off of some property my mother owned and because of Ms Stinvil's lack of attention to detail, almost led to another complication.
