In my experience, the firm was unwilling to work toward a cooperative resolution to avoid eviction, even when brief additional time would have solved the issue. Sent me a cease and desist letter trying to scare me saying that my reviews were illegal and defamatory As well as having false information in the letter. As a law firm, you would expect them to do the proper research before they would do such a thing.
