I had a terrible phone experience with the young ladies that answers the phone. Not professional or helpful. Was on hold the 1st time for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager, on hold again for 15 minutes. The manager finally came to the phone, told him my issues, no apology, claimed to write my name and number down and that someone would contact me in a couple of days since the manufacturer was about to close. The staff and service at this location stink to hog heaven. I first visited the department the home improvement department and was interested in purchasing a storm door. I asked the salesman if I could borrow his pen and he said he was sick, so I wouldn't want to borrow it, so why is he there spreading germs is my question. I next visited the plumbing department and was told someone would be coming to assist but never did and the one that was supposedly to assist me was over in another department and I told him never mind. Don’t waste your money. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Spend thousands of $$ every year for them to tell me it’s not Stines fault if Stines buggy damages my truck on Stines property!! 🤷♂️. Unfortunately I’ll never shop there again and will be telling all my customers, friends & family to not shop there.
