Went to get a pin to hook up my trailer. Found a pin and just for safety sake bought a a bolt, nut, and 2 washers. Went to check out and the total was 8.22, gave the cashier 9.00 and she stated "Your change is .75$. When I went to school 9.00-8.22 came out to change of. 78$. Now, .03$ is not a lot, but when you are doing that to 30 or 40 people, that's money in your pocket that you stole from your customers. don't call to try and find something you will be on the phone ALL DAY.... unbelievable long wait to get info, i usually lose patience and Call HOME HARDWARE
I had a terrible phone experience with the young ladies that answers the phone. Not professional or helpful. Was on hold the 1st time for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager, on hold again for 15 minutes. The manager finally came to the phone, told him my issues, no apology, claimed to write my name and number down and that someone would contact me in a couple of days since the manufacturer was about to close. The staff and service at this location stink to hog heaven. I first visited the department the home improvement department and was interested in purchasing a storm door. I asked the salesman if I could borrow his pen and he said he was sick, so I wouldn't want to borrow it, so why is he there spreading germs is my question. I next visited the plumbing department and was told someone would be coming to assist but never did and the one that was supposedly to assist me was over in another department and I told him never mind.
