I was very disappointed with the customer service at Stine Lumber in Natchez. I was there to purchase approximately $1,500 worth of flooring, and during my visit, four employees walked right past me without asking if I needed assistance. We eventually had to track someone down just to get help. When you’re making a purchase of that size, you expect at least basic customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
