Ordered a Range on March 8th 2025. It's April 17th now. I waited patiently. Yesterday I called to check on my order. Hooray, it had just arrived ! We made plans to have it delivered today. I waited all day and now it's closing time. I know things happen and schedules don't always work out. I remember a time of excellent customer service from Stines. I needed a small part for my fridge, I had no clue where to look. I chose Stine because they are always super friendly. And they did not disappoint on this trip. I had two people ask me if I needed anything, one man, one female, they were great in kind and super helpful. They both took me to what I needed, and told me the best way to go about this project. I will definitely be back for any future needs.
I went to the Sulphur store to pick up some sell items that were listed on the website and could not find the items in the store nor could any of the employees tell me where anything was and when I ask about the sale price, the reply was our manager will not sell you that for that price because he wants to make more money. He has removed the sale price. I think this is a bunch of baloney. I will not shop there. You wonder why we go to Home Depot and Lowe’s that’s the reason.
