Brought a Stine-bought blower in for service, it got parted out over the course of 18 months. Absolute garbage from Jennings to Broussard with this ordeal. Never got a single update. When I finally went to get what was left of it, the manager , Byron, told me to bring it BACK to Broussard and "just tell em it sat here forever". Problem solved, not. Service at the entrance and at return desk were very rude !!! I want go back there again.
One of my favorite places to visit for all my home and gardening needs. I love that they have so many locations around this area that I live in. They have a great website to shop on as well. What more could I ask for but sometimes just more competitive pricing on small items, you have to pay attention sometimes about that. Once I was going to buy sandpaper and some paint remover and for the exact same two products, same brands and all. I saved $10 by shopping at Walmart.
