This firm was free to decline my case, and I understand that not every matter is one a firm can take as they may not have the resources or the case may be beyond their capability. My issue was with how my concerns were characterized and how the follow-up was handled. During the call, I was left with the impression that what I described was being minimized. I only have positive things to say about Bryce Hensley and Gould Grieco & Hensley. From the moment I spoke with Bryce when he took my case until the close with a settlement, I felt at ease. Great communication is key - Bryce keeps you informed every step of the way, whether it be a phone call or email. I would recommend Bryce and his firm to anyone who requires a lawyer.
