It took about 2 weeks to have someone call me back just to do an Intake then after leaving several messages for someone to give me a simple yes or no answer if they were going to help me out with my case they never had the common decency to call me back. And the funny thing is they came highly recommended by another law firm. I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone.

This firm was free to decline my case, and I understand that not every matter is one a firm can take as they may not have the resources or the case may be beyond their capability. My issue was with how my concerns were characterized and how the follow-up was handled. During the call, I was left with the impression that what I described was being minimized. I have nothing good to say about this firm and Mike Grieco. He was fired for cause. Avoid this firm.
I only have positive things to say about Bryce Hensley and Gould Grieco & Hensley. From the moment I spoke with Bryce when he took my case until the close with a settlement, I felt at ease. Great communication is key - Bryce keeps you informed every step of the way, whether it be a phone call or email. I would recommend Bryce and his firm to anyone who requires a lawyer.
