Disappointing Customer Service, deceptive advertising. Attempted to get remedy on a Cracked fire wok (get this) from actually putting fire in the wok. Find out from Stimco that you cannot put fire in the advertised fire wok. Could find nothing on their website or paperwork that validates their statements. Stimco First offered to replace it then changed their position to a discounted replacement. Poor communication.
