Got me a hard to do loan but didn’t get much advice about what to do when it goes bad. ☹️
I have never seen a group of folks work harder to put people into homes. And you would never know the pressure and stress they go through because they are always sweet and confident on the phone. These folks will do everything in their power to get you taken care of - they certainly have for me. Four different times.

Worst mortgage lender ever. Never updated us on anything. Approved us for a loan and then told us 3 days before we were suppose to close that we no longer qualified for that loan. Then told us our only option was to get a co borrower....well that didn’t work and WE asked them if my wife possibly qualified for the loan....”ohh we never thought of that” why the hell didn’t they think of that to start. Got told my wife qualified on her own “same loan no changes everything will be the same”....then again get close to closing yet... read more

Andrew your loan situation was very unique. It broke my heart that we were not able to get your loan with the grant. You must remember that we discovered information that required us to take you off the loan. We did put in your wife's name and it was tight without a co-borrower. The assets did change throughout the loan and since her loan scenario was tight...this did cause a different result on the approval of the grant. We spoke to you in depth about everything that was going on as well as daily updates to your realtor.
I know my husband and I were not easy clients. I know we worried and made life miserable for them. they really did a great job helping us get our first home. We are forever grateful to them!
