Maile helped me get my healthy mind controlling my unfit body. In two months, my weight dropped 20 lbs, my resting heart rate dropped from 60 to 50 and I became extremely active and started mountain biking again! She’s amazing!
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very effective. Hard to see anyone else after you've been treated by Maile as you couldn't be in better care.
