We worked with Delano for finding the perfect loan for our family that allowed us to stay within the desired monthly payments and even when we pivoted from house hunting in DFW to Houston, it was super easy to work with him and get exactly what we were looking during the quick pivot. Our experience with Still Water Lending was pretty good until it got to week of closing. I feel it could have gone smoother. The day before our contracted closing date, we were not sure when we were actually closing or what our final mortgage amounts would look like. It’s was a very stressful day not knowing how much our closing costs would be the day before closing, among a few other factors.
