I’ve tried a lot of recovery methods over the years, but nothing compares to the contrast therapy setup they have here. The sauna is clean, HOT, and incredibly relaxing, and the cold plunge is perfectly chilled — the combination hits both mind and body in the best way possible. I tell everyone about this place. Its something you should put on your bucket list. Highly recommend. It takes a few times for the the float to get the full experience of the enlightenment you get out of it. I also recommend complete darkness while in the tank. You dont realize how much are senses are used until you are surrounded by silence and complete darkness. It quiets your mind body and soul.
My experience at Stillwater was amazing!! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean. I did the fire and ice experience and I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Next time I will try the flotation.
