Dayna is a highly skilled, well versed practitioner, and I felt so at ease in her care. She was so thorough in her health intake, I could tell she was really seeing me as a whole person. I came into my session with some lingering pain from an old injury and it was instantly relieved after one session with her. She is sensitive, warm, and instantly puts you at ease with her calm nature.
Update! Dayna is now practicing acupuncture out of Metro Movement on Broadview at Pretoria! She is incorporating more Japanese-style acupuncture into her sessions and the process is gentle yet so effective. I noticed an immediate improvement in my range of motion in a tricky ankle. Dayna has a deep knowledge of the body and how it works after her years as a dancer and puppeteer. She is intuitive and thorough and her energy is so calming and relaxing. I highly recommend getting her to tune you up!
A full miracle worker! I couldn't walk or move my head or really a thing. She was kind and gentle and explained the whole acupuncture process. I thought she hadn't really even started when she asked me to get up and I was immediately better. Just incredible. Highly recommend to all. Here's 5 more stars cuz she deserves them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
