Since no stars isn’t an option, one star it is. To say the communication on the part of the Still Me staff is lacking is an understatement. I drove 32 miles last week to pick up a custom garments upgrade order only to find out once I had arrived that I needed to bring in the original garments to “send back to the company”. I work nights and had put the originals in the wash before I went to bed after coming off of a work shift. Very friendly people
I have been trying to place an order with this company for DAYS and have been brushed off. With the amount of time spent calling them back because I don’t receive a call back from them when they say they will, they could have had the order done by now. I would not be complaining if this was my first time having this problem with them but it has been an ongoing issue throughout the year, with several workers.
