Had a great time last week for our sunset cruise. Shared a lot of laughs and pretty sure I peed a little!
This was a truly relaxing and peaceful sunset cruise. We saw pelicans and gulls up close and enjoyed the beautiful Door County sunset. It reminded me of what Door County was like when I visited as a child, a summer place of serenity away from the crowds. The captain was happy to answer all of our questions (make sure to ask about the history of Horseshoe Island) but otherwise remained relatively quiet so we could enjoy our cruise and be closer to nature. Group of 4, included 2 children, on the sunset cruise. Was a beautiful ride and the weather was perfect. Customer service did leave us wanting a bit. The captain maybe uttered 10 words in 2 hours but did respond when prompted. There was no safety instructions, no explanation of what he was doing with the boat/sails (which had potential to be very interesting) or of any info on the area.
