They did my taxes for two years. It wasn't better or worse than my last CPA. I called and asked a I asked a question in JUNE of my CPA and didn't get an answer for three months. I was never told I would be charged, let alone $300 dollars. In the three month wait (since I figured they'd forgot) I solved my own problem in two hours with google. SCA has been providing numerous services for myself and my clients for years and they are the most conscientious and professional firm I have dealt with.
Went there to have business taxes completed, the filed an extention because they said I had "alot of paperwork" to be done, I am a small business with 2 employees. In October they contacted me 2 days before the deadline to send to IRS, told me me that I owed 20k, when the got the depreciation schedules from my previous tax preparer it was around 9k, I called my previous preparer and he wanted to look at their figures, He found SEVERAL mistakes that would have gotten me a nice big fine from IRS not to mention the $4K I was ab... read more
