Worst experience I've had at a shop EVER! I placed an oder online to show up and have it not be ready which usually wouldn't be an issue for me. I was more than reasonable and told her again what I ordered so she didn't have to look it up. I ended up getting the wrong product after saying multiple times which products I wanted. I had to go back in and was very polite when I said she gave me the wrong product she yelled and told me in a nasty tone that all sales are final even tho she made a mistake. Monique is the best, and I have been going there since it opened. She’s by far the friendliest and best employee you have. All of them are great, but she’s the superstar.
Bree supported me thru this interaction and I couldn’t have asked for a better assistant to point me in the right direction. I’m not super well informed myself….but enjoy the activity….and she was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Would recommend and revisit this establishment 🤗 ✌️
From the moment i walked in the staff was friendly, warm and professional. Asked for the product i went in for and was out within minutes! Definitely a great experience and i highly recommend coming to Stiiizy!
