Super knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. Really helped with my choice of a SC Vala. The shop is fantastic with good parking directly outside - have been recommending to friends!
Very friendly staff, and were kind enough to do a free of charge repair on my road bike after I'd come off and damaged the rear hangar. This happened on a busy Saturday, and was on a type of bike that they don't even specialise in. Thank you for saving the day 😅
I don't live close enough to visit one of the stores but I've found it's my "go to" website when I want or need to buy something bike related. The service is brilliant, the choice of brands are top quality no crap allowed and when I have phoned up they are always really friendly even when you ask newbie stupid questions. I shall keep buying from stif until they run out of things for me to buy. It might be my phone but sometimes the website can be abit glitchy but be patient as it's worth it.
I traveled all the way from Central Europe to try out the legendary Stif Squatch—a cutting-edge hardtail with pure UK heritage stamped all over it. The team helped me set it up, and off I went to the Forest of Dean. What a day! The Squatch absolutely crushed it—super capable on the downhills, and thanks to the steep seat angle, even the gnarly climbs felt like a breeze. Now, the only challenge left? Convincing my wife to sneak it under the Christmas tree!
