These boys smashed it again last week. Sorted my dropper there and then...I was willing to pay but they wouldn't even take anything for it. Cannot rate them highly enough, would gladly drive an hour to them than deal with my local bike shop who don't understand the meaning of 'service'.
Went in after work today to buy new shoes and helmet. Couldn't have been more helpful nothing was too much hassle. Highly recommended.
Today, tried to support local business, but they are not supporting their customers as they would not take cash. Their loss, took my business elsewhere
Wanted to be impressed but cant ignore the poor service. Spent £1000's at Stif on service work, new drivetrains, suspension, labor, clothing and footwear over the last 2 years but the bike service mantra of everything takes 2 weeks still prevails. 2 weeks to get service window, week later before bike looked at identifies missing part (could have been noted on day one), new parts obtained by me but another week before it can be fitted (headset bearing) and unlikely to be finished same day?
