BEWARE! Short change scammers. I use to come here every other day and ended up switching to Harvest ********** when I was short change scammed by the same employee for the 4th time. Saw other people in the ****** reviews complaining about the same thing. Talked to the manager the 4th time it happened and he refused to look at the cameras and claimed they had no extra cash.
This company would not allow me to speak to a manager regarding a complaint. The employee told me he was a “lead” and could help. I explained my disappointment in an experience I had and he hung up the phone on me mid sentence rather than handle my complaint. I did not swear. I did not raise my voice. I did not insult this person. I am a professional and an entrepreneur with my own business and I would never disrespect someone. I was upset and he could not deal with confrontation. I did but here recently it has been bad. Place the order online get here and you don’t have it all . The wait is just insane and no point in online ordering because you wait in line and they end up not having half of what you order when you pick it up. Used to be my favorite place

Wait is twice as long as any dispensary in town. I’ve come here 2 maybe 3 times and each time I get here I regret it. I’ve currently been standing in alone out front in 105 degree weather and haven’t even been checked in. Who knows how long after I get checked in. People don’t have 2 hours to take out of there day to do this. I also ordered a head. Suggest go to any other dispensary or maybe grow your own might be quicker.
