I was extremely disappointed in the customer service from a nice little shop such as this one. I was excited to have a shop locally, but my experience with their poor attitude and resistance to help me with my questions will cause me to continue taking my business to the professionals in Richmond.
@ Local66, My partner practices witchcraft and identifies as a witch. There is nothing scary or evil about it. Local66 is obviously a christian thinker who equates anything they don't understand with being evil or scary. Just because something is different from you doesn't make it scary. This is the best store I could have found in Williamsburg. It had so many wonderful things and really spread my knowledge about crystals and gems. Everything is quite reasonably priced (depending on rarity). The owner and both of her workers are extremely nice and conversational. I will return to this store many times more.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. The owner is very welcoming, and she and her employee are very knowledgable about the inventory. I have found every crystal on my list here, and every time I visit there is something new. I have referred many friends, and all have had a wonderful experience. Beautiful store, wonderful atmosphere, and very reasonable prices. Just what Williamsburg needed.

A great new business in the Williamsburg area. A nice variety of crystals and stones, and all things metaphysical. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Was a pleasant surprise when we stopped in.
