Fantastic ATMs and service from branch staff
Totally disorganised and under trained staff! Made so many errors that have my family so much!
Bank services are fine but the counter service is an absolute disaster. There's a single counter open today for cash withdrawals (I need this today to withdraw an amount over my daily limit). The individual serving is having serious issues comprehending what customers want (which from my observation is just cash). Consequently there's a huge queue of frustrated people waiting - including me!
Ashik is amazing! If you need help with anything Ashik really looked after me and I will continue to recommend him to everyone
