Bank services are fine but the counter service is an absolute disaster. There's a single counter open today for cash withdrawals (I need this today to withdraw an amount over my daily limit). The individual serving is having serious issues comprehending what customers want (which from my observation is just cash). Consequently there's a huge queue of frustrated people waiting - including me!
Ashik is amazing! If you need help with anything Ashik really looked after me and I will continue to recommend him to everyone
I was quite distressed when my phone Banking was not working, trying to update it over the internet was causing lots of problems Gemma in the branch was incredibly helpful. To get real service is so appreciated Thank you Alex McConnell
