An unhelpful and rude specialist from this branch. My card was stolen and inquired for assistance from her. She was very unpleasant and showed a lack of concern and told us basically that your money is good as gone and I can’t do anything for you. She spoke with a very aggressive tone not even speaking to us eye to eye while staring at her monitor the whole time. She Lacks empathy for customers.
Great professional and friendly service from Manager Ana and her fellow team. Highly appreciated.
