Just experienced the best service we have ever experienced at St. George with Penny. She was patient, kind, and super helpful. Walked out with our issue solved and a new investment account opened. It’s a shame to hear this branch is closing down. I hope we can experience the same service and find Penny again in the future. Thank you Penny!
Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. My father was the victim of a scam and received no meaningful support from staff when he urgently needed help. We’re still waiting for clear action from St.George regarding the recovery of his stolen funds. Very pour.
On 3/11/2025 at approximately 13:40hrs I experienced the most rudest cashier in my entire life. If she is the example of how St George treats and speaks to their customers they have a long way to go and a lot to learn.
A legit branch offering all types of services. Teller & manager were very patient & knowledgeable as they helped with my SWIFT bank to bank transfer. Only two tellers so please be patient as they treat every customer equally irrespective of your bank account.
