I received terrible customer service from Stacey, the blonde i think you're talking about. It's obvious she's been there wayyyyyy too long. She gave me the impression my presence alone was an undue burden on her. I felt very unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I hope management makes a conscience effort to improve their employees skills.

Wait times are consistently long, whether in person or over the phone.
