Whenever I need to go to St George Bank, I ask for customer service representative named Kelly Lee. She is knowledgeable,professional and has friendly manners. She always updates my needs etc.So happy that she helps me all the time. Thank you Kelly, you are the best!
Every time I go to deposit into the ATM as I can't get to the bank in opening hours, this option is not available!! The purpose is to make it convenient for customers but all it causes is inconvenience and frustration. Get your act together and start looking after your customers!!
Used to be great but now no more, you can see the "specialist" walking around and chitchat with each other and leave the customer waiting for more than an hour.
Was looked after by Stephen Shan, he was lovely very helpful and patient, we got what we needed done ! Thanks Stephen!
