Queue is extremely long...but onljne and phone banking not always reliable.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. On 19 January at approximately 2:30 PM, while waiting in line at this branch, I witnessed staff member SHIVA speaking rudely to an elderly woman. I am not aware of the details of the conversation; however, it was clear she was confused and visibly distressed. She walked away from the interaction in tears. Google maps shows a wrong location. StGeorge bank is located in a Top Ryde Shopping Centre, ground floor, the same location as WestPac
It is a combined St George and Wespac. It has a lot of people visit although it usually is reasonable time to get served except peak times. Staff is very helpful.
