I ring for help to log on my app from knew phone,I can't remember details or what account or when I sussfully logged on so I can't be helped,my pin isn't even working that I have used for years,long waiting time to speak to a operator to have no success so now I probably have to go into the nearest branch which is a hour away,I tried my old phone can't even log on
