Come here often as I use a fair bit of cash and it this bank now has a CDM (Coin Deposit Machine). For those who don't know, this branch was refurbished and rebranded to a merged branch of both St George and Westpac in 1 branch. It also now has 24/7 inside lobby ATMs and a new installed much needed CDM. The staff here are extremely helpful, friendly and polite whilst keeping the branch running very smoothly and keeping customers as happy. When I was withdrawing money, I encountered a little problem. However, the staff of this bank were very friendly and patient. My English is not very good, but they were still very patient in explaining it to me again and again. It was really great.

I needed to be reminded that, "working days" dont count as days when you are waiting for a new card. Went in again, and got the loveliest man ever who went out of his way to reassure me that my new cards were in fact issued and coming, and even showed me how to order new cards on internet banking, kindly explaining the difference between ordering "lost" or "damaged" cards. I wish I knew his name, he had brown hair, and was very professional and friendly. An asset to your team. I love St George again.

Absolutely horrible , can’t explain how unfriendly and unprofessional the staff were , no one came to assist with anything , they didn’t even bother asking what I need help with , even after trying to approach them multiple times Absolute mess the staff
