When I was withdrawing money, I encountered a little problem. However, the staff of this bank were very friendly and patient. My English is not very good, but they were still very patient in explaining it to me again and again. It was really great.
I needed to be reminded that, "working days" dont count as days when you are waiting for a new card. Went in again, and got the loveliest man ever who went out of his way to reassure me that my new cards were in fact issued and coming, and even showed me how to order new cards on internet banking, kindly explaining the difference between ordering "lost" or "damaged" cards. I wish I knew his name, he had brown hair, and was very professional and friendly. An asset to your team. I love St George again.
Absolutely horrible , can’t explain how unfriendly and unprofessional the staff were , no one came to assist with anything , they didn’t even bother asking what I need help with , even after trying to approach them multiple times Absolute mess the staff
Absolutely appalling. Deposited $550 into the ATM and it shut down in the process. Machine kept the money and it wasn’t deposited into my account. Went in to speak to them and they said that I had to submit a dispute that would take about a week to go through. Asked them what they could do about the money and they said they could do nothing.
