Standard bank, friendly staff, busy at times. Good location
I’ve had some really good customer service here. Joanna spent two hours answering my questions. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. Highly recommend this branch.
Attempts to get an appointment to speak to a branch officer about maturing term deposit, drew a blank... general inquiry no. 13 33 30 went to "Rouse Hill" after several attempts "automator" give a "locator" link which goes back to square one.??? 13 33 30 hello? Try another bank, maybe?
Terrible service
Unhelpful, no customer engagement, lack of service etiquette, simple enquiry meet with condescending reply. Went home and called your customer support line, your online people are a lot more friendly, train your in-house staff better!
