Disgusting customer service I took my mother in today so she could fix somes issues she was having with her account and the way we were both spoken to was appalling my mother is unwell and she almost passed out from stress caused by st George Bank st Mary's and not a single person came over to help we were just ignored my poor mother could barely walk afterwards once we finally sort this issue out which st George has actually caused I will help her change banks shame on you st George

Can’t deposit money in my account without a physical license card!! Would not accept Service NSW license!! Even the police accepts this as an official license. I deposited in NAB & ANZ with no problems!! Very disappointing customer experience.
