Can’t deposit money in my account without a physical license card!! Would not accept Service NSW license!! Even the police accepts this as an official license. I deposited in NAB & ANZ with no problems!! Very disappointing customer experience.
Disgraceful customer service from the St George side of this branch (as it is now combined with Westpac). We made an appointment to see someone about a term deposit, waited 45 minutes and they just did not show up. No phone call or anything and since all the staff at the customer assistance desk where Westpac and the one other St George staff member already had an appointment no one else could help us. The worst customer service by miles. Staff looks like don't wanna be here and walk around Like they just passing the time. If you want to spend time doing nothing come to this branch. St George needs to improve and do it quickly.
