Just horrible service. Just one teller. Long line of customers waiting to be served. Staff hiding behind. Manager comes over to the front, collects cash from the teller drawer and rushes behind. Why cant she help. I finally left for better service in Penrith. Can someone from your head office do something.
Helpful and friendly staff. Hope the bank keeps the tellers.
Disgusting customer service I took my mother in today so she could fix somes issues she was having with her account and the way we were both spoken to was appalling my mother is unwell and she almost passed out from stress caused by st George Bank st Mary's and not a single person came over to help we were just ignored my poor mother could barely walk afterwards once we finally sort this issue out which st George has actually caused I will help her change banks shame on you st George
