Went to Roselands St George yesterday. My daughter is expecting to have her first bank transaction— to have someone help her with a change she was given, $5 dollar bill, which has a torn part. We would only like to ask if we can still use it to pay for something or if we can ask to have it replaced. We stayed in queue where there was a glass window, as I thought is says cash transactions there. I didn’t queue on the other line as i have 2 little ones getting impatient.
