Went to Roselands St George yesterday. My daughter is expecting to have her first bank transaction— to have someone help her with a change she was given, $5 dollar bill, which has a torn part. We would only like to ask if we can still use it to pay for something or if we can ask to have it replaced. We stayed in queue where there was a glass window, as I thought is says cash transactions there. I didn’t queue on the other line as i have 2 little ones getting impatient. One bank branch I visited in Sydney where staff wants to help, not boss around.
Shame Google wont allow me to rate a zero. Far too few staff, different sections of service (such as business banking) are not labeled at all. So you need to guess which line to use. And staff seem to move at a very casual pace given the lines and lengthy delays. Abysmal experience will never use this branch again and frankly am considering closing my dealings after this shambles of a branch experience
I don't recommend coming here on Saturday. Way too busy, especially when inexperienced staff are working, dragging the chain taking up other staffs time asking questions.
