Kristy the business bank manager has been amazing she just has a really family feel welcome about her .. also Samuel the young guy in the front desk was really helpful as well.. well done team and St George having wonderful people really heaps Take A BOW!!

This bank is a nightmare to visit. Some staff are so rude. When I complained about waiting for an excessive time in the enquiry queue I was told ‘ if you are willing to pay staff wages, we will hire more staff’ . Was told I would have to wait 48 hours to withdraw a larger than normal amount of cash.I had tried unsuccessfully to ring the branch and was curtly told by a staff member ‘ you have to come in here, you can’t do that over the phone’ I would have known this if I could have gotten through on the phone. The state of banks these days....... Apparently since "digital banking" arrived they can only have one teller working even though there are 8 other staff members roaming around. A queue at the ATMs and even longer at the Teller - but can only have one working. What a joke........ Pity you can't give zero stars.
