Ring the branch because need to speak to bank but you have to leave a message and they will get back to you. I need help now not later.
Why have on the website the Nowra branch are open on a Saturday I drive 30 minutes to find you are not why don’t you change your hours I’m not happy
It was not great. Lots of money invested in their bank and could not give a dam. Staff Walked away and I had to say thank you to him for his impersonal service. Bad vibe, bad unfriendly service. Couldn’t care at all. Depressing and sad state of affairs. Customer service ???? Could not give a dam.
