Customer service person was curt, short and zero customer consideration for a simple task of printing a bank statement for an elderly family member. They were in fact ordered 10 days earlier and not ready. So had to print which was obviously an inconvenience. Terrible almost aggressive attitude. Thanks Angie

A huge shout out and BIG thank you must go to Tracey from this branch. Tracey went above and beyond today to help me with MY error. She exemplified compassion, kindness and understanding.
