Best service I’ve ever received from any St George Thankyou
A huge shout out and BIG thank you must go to Tracey from this branch. Tracey went above and beyond today to help me with MY error. She exemplified compassion, kindness and understanding. Her approach to MY mistake made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number . I will continue to bank here and highly recommend this Nowra branch to others. Happy New Year !!!
Poor customer service… they obviously don’t need the business
The last couple of visits into the branch I found the customer service has been extremely unprofesional. The lady the other day was so rude and treated me like I was an idiot. On one occasion the manager and clerk were having a small disagreement infront of customers. I have now changed banks and taken all accounts elsewhere after being with St George for over 30 years.
