I had a fantastic experience dealing with Ziela at St. George Bank. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about finding the best solutions for her clients. Ziela made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and straightforward from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-tier service and someone who truly goes above and beyond, I couldn't recommend Ziela highly enough.
Ms.Ziela was very helpful, friendly and calm. She make me feeling comfortable to ask questions and clarify all my tasks. Thank you so much. Xoxo
Many thanks to Ziela Marican at St George Macquarie Centre. You greet every customer warmly and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor even during peak branch hours.
Do not bother coming here if you are a St George customer this is actually a Westpac branch and to get help with St George expect to wait a very very long time.
I have been a St George customer for over 16 years . I needed a quick thing fixed which a lovely man at the front desk was happy to assist with but a another lady rudely asked if I was with Westpac when I said no she told me it would be an hour wait . The other man tried to reason with her but she said I have to wait another 1 hour . I politely walked out . Terrible attitude .
