Do not bother coming here if you are a St George customer this is actually a Westpac branch and to get help with St George expect to wait a very very long time.
I have been a St George customer for over 16 years . I needed a quick thing fixed which a lovely man at the front desk was happy to assist with but a another lady rudely asked if I was with Westpac when I said no she told me it would be an hour wait . The other man tried to reason with her but she said I have to wait another 1 hour . I politely walked out . Terrible attitude .
Took one hour to get a bank cheque on a Monday morning. Seems there are not many St George staff on hand. Westpac customers didn’t seem to have any issues. This location is handy because of the close disability parking but is really let down by the lack of staff.
10 out of 10 for Ms. Ziela Marican!! She is such a supportive specialist! I love how patient, listening and understanding she is, let alone her service is very quick! Cannot be happier! She radiates good vibes energy and is such a kind and nice person, make me want to bank more with st.George 🥰
Figure out a process. I waited for over an hour and no end in sight. If there are appts, then dissuade walk-ins. Manage wait times better.
