Go anywhere but this bank, it sucks, for some random reason all of my details have become invalid and when I call and try to reset my CAN it doesn’t work, stupid thing keeps telling me to call from the app which I already did! And now I can’t log into my online banking and can’t find a way to reset my details.
I have just become a new customer , I recently refinanced from another bank due to lack of support and customer service, today I walked in probably the most annoying person with limited ability’s and seeking a miracle and I was served by the lovely Mel Harold , this woman patiently walked me through each step with out any eye twitches but just a welcoming smile , I thank you Mel you are definitely an asset to St George and have made my experience pleasant
We have been working with Gemma at St George over the last few months. She has been helping us with our Mortgage and streamlining our accounts and loans. Gemma is always so helpful, has a good laugh with us and makes us feel heard and understood. We also go away with so much more clarity. Nothing has been too much for Gemma and we are really grateful!
