I am about close my 5 account home loan and insurance done, with this bank St George, 20 plus years I have been a loyal customer. On the phone, I can not get a person on the phone, not enough branches, and when you are in a branch not enough staff. Or they look at you and nothing.... The last few years this bank has deteriorate. Very sad but pull everything out. Regards Brenden.
This review is for ALL St George. Try and call customer service. You get a computer, AI chat. No human. What sort of service is this? I’m pretty sure they’ve been hacked. I tried to tell them, but they have no one avail to tell. Oh well I’ll just change banks…
