Was told I can’t open an account without making an appointment and would take an hour. Walked two doors up to the commonwealth. Done on the spot and took all of about ten minutes.
over the last six months I had to sort out some banking affairs on behalf of my mother that has an account with St George. i was so fortunate to deal with staff member Kayla both times. She displayed patients, empathy and went above and beyond to help me. Her approach to customer service was outstanding! thank you Kayla.
