Best customer service ever. 👏
No respect for customer time, Staff is rude & unprofessional. Wasted my half day of my weekend, and asked me to come on Monday to resolve the problem. It could be resolved better if they respect my time and behave professionally. Never ever go in this branch, and looking to transfer my all six accounts to some other bank.
I visited St.George Bank in last week to deposit petty cash coins for my small business, but the coin deposit ATM was out of order. A staff member noticed I was carrying a heavy bag and kindly offered to help me deposit the coins. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but her customer service was outstanding. I really appreciate the time and effort she took to assist me thank you!
Had a meeting booked at 4pm at the branch after trying to have one organised for the past month with no returning calls. Finally walked in to have the meeting to find out the person had left work early (I had also left my job early to be able to make this happen) and the meeting never happened, definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch they’re useless.
Was told I can’t open an account without making an appointment and would take an hour. Walked two doors up to the commonwealth. Done on the spot and took all of about ten minutes.
