There was an English brown haired early 40s ish woman who was extremely rude to my mother while my mother was trying to reverse a transaction. She asked politely for help and the lady avoided her saying she was “too busy right now and had to go on her lunch break” which she should have quickly helped my mother then gone to lunch.
Friendly staff but service is way to slow. Especially running a business nearly 30 mins to be served is far too long.
I dropped the credit cards out of my wallet one Friday afternoon. Someone handed them into the bank (thank you) and they called me after business hours and told me they had my cards. Saved me a big headache - they were great!
