Very slow service would not recommend at all
Terrible. Went there to setup my direct debit for my card, took me more than 30mins sitting and waiting, ended up cancelling my que. I might cancel my credit card. Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. I called to make an appointment to withdraw $100 dollar bills, they said they can not do it, did not even bother to suggest how can I go about this. I called another branch, they were very helpful and organized a pick up date for me. I filed a complaint, the manager called me and I explained reason for complaint, she apologized and later I got an email issue had been resolved. She did not resolved the issue, I had to go to another branch to get the service I deserve having been a loyal customer fo... read more
