Very helpful staff
When ever I visit the Marrickville metro branch the line up is always so long. They combined St George and westpac in one and seems like they got rid of a bunch of teller staff. The people at the information desk are helpful but do the really need 2 people there when teller staff is what is needed.
I visited this branch after having problems renewing a term deposit online. Andrew was very helpful and was able to offer me an interest rate which was higher than at other major banks! Thank you St George Bank for great customer service.
Absolutely appalling service. I requested a paper statement for my credit card account about 4 weeks ago. Still waiting. I don't believe that the staff member I spoke to actually understands what customer service is about. Do not intend to visit this branch ever again.
