INCOMPETENT STAFF! If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I went on a Saturday to open a joint account. They refused to proceed because apparently my driver’s licence wasn’t enough and I needed to bring my passport. Fair enough, so we came back the following Saturday with my passport.
