Customer service staff are arrogant and lacking ironically in customer service. Can't read the room when asking an issue. Laughing and thinking we're at a pub being chummy. Definitely very short of what you would call professionals.
Signage says "St George and Westpac cash transactions" finally go to the counter, girl says "Westpac over there" pointing to another counter where a clerk was taking a pile of cash from another customer. I go to the clerk "I would like to make a withdrawal please" Clerk points to the other girls and said "you need to go there because I don't have the cash to give you" So I left dumbfounded what a bloody joke
