Sonja at the Maroochydore branch was so helpful, personable and professional in assisting us and the other staff at this branch are also excellent.
I'm an elderly person who has been a loyal customer of St George for years. I am not tech literate and am used to being able to deal with a human being, especially when following up on an issue the bank is responsible for. The banks charge ridiculous fees on top of extortionate interest to make their billion dollar profits each year. Still, St George no longer provides ANY customer service whatsoever. It's disgraceful.
