I attended the branch as there was no ability to speak to a real person on the phone. After not being able to assist with the card issue I was having, the staff member directed me to the bank manager. This bank manager not only looked at me with open hostility while "assisting" with my issue, but when another staff member came by, pointed at me rolled his eyes & smirked. I have tried to pick up my direct debit card twice, as frustratingly they sent it to the bank to collect rather than my home. The first time I filled in all the forms, showed my ID yet they couldn't give it to me, despite the other clerk saying it was OK to give it to me. So after 30 mins I left without it. The second time, 3 weeks later (as I have no time to pop in during my working hours) I managed to find a window to collect it again. Again I left without it, after waiting 20 minutes in the queue.
