I’m trying to remove my PAYID on my mobile banking - I went into the bank for an easier approach as I didn’t really know how to do this, the worker told me she cannot help me and she redirected me to the online phone number - after waiting 15 minutes for the customer service to answer me online, she told me there is nothing she can do and to go into a physical bank near me?? I informed her that I just did that before calling her and she was very lost on what to do. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
