Today I give praise to st George at Erina namely Customer service Adviser... Tenile. I needed to close my Term deposit and St George in Gosford refused to do this so was forced to drive to Erina and thank goodness I did. Greeted with a smile and the closure of my term deposit took 2 mins. Thank you Shame on you gosford for your lack of customer service. Zero stars for you.
Best service I have had from this Branch from a Lady Teller Wish I’d taken her name because she could be the reason I will go there again. Unfortunately I did not get the name and will not wait on the phone for hours to find out.
Slowest bank workers and no care for elderly customers waiting in excess of 15 minutes while staff talk out the back to each other, joking and laughing
Great shop but should open later during the week
