They’re really nice, but having a westpac & St. George in one is a nightmare because the tellers are bank specific and can’t help everyone. The St. George bankers were far and few between, so it took forever to get help.
Julie was amazingly professional, kind, and committed to helping me as a walk in. Despite the mammoth task I gave her, she was able to multitask a continual stream of other clients queries as the only assistant on the desk. I really appreciate her diligence and subsequently feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Julie!
Just feel happy every time I find a bank these days. I don't know why so many of them closed down. Specially happy when we find banks that still have staff available to help, like an actual person there to help you and clarify our doubts. Instead of some banks I've seen that the staff were there but they couldn't do much anymore. The staff here was attentive and super helpful, solving all problems I had accumulated to solve while waiting for the chance of finding a branch to go in person to solve everything. Thank you!
