Writing Very disappointed with my experience at St George Bank today at Carnes Hill. I waited for over 30 minutes just to be served, with no proper communication or acknowledgment from staff. Customer service should be much better, especially when customers are waiting for such a long time. It was frustrating and felt like my time was not valued at all. I hope management improves staff efficiency and customer service in the future.
They put false website information on Easter holidays hours. Very disappointing. Please put the correct informations
Useless staffs, make millions of profit from our money and still can’t train staffs. Had to wait for an hour to speak with someone while plenty of them doing nothing!!!
