Very bad customer service and useless booking system, i came to check the availabe time for appointment and been book to see Tim Wong- Lending Manger at 2pm, i came back at 2pm and been waiting for 45mins but the manager still not show up, special thank to Van, she try to help me check the time and call the guy so many time but not contacted
I visited St. George Bank in Cabramatta on Monday afternoon to ask for help learning how to use the bank’s app, because sometimes I don’t fully understand it. Unfortunately, the service I received was very disappointing. The staff spoke to me in a rude and unhelpful way and didn’t explain things properly. I felt disrespected and not supported. I hope the bank can improve their customer service and be more patient when helping customers who are still learning.
Had to wait 40 minutes to pickup a card they could "not" mail to me in the first place...
A very stressful and painful experience if you need helps from staff.
