The coin counting machine is never working there can’t be that hard to fix it

Was helped by Leo today who took ownership of my enquiry and sorted it internally after I had to leave. Great customer service and follow through during this enquiry.
Very good customer service, very polite. However the overall banking service is really bad. They charge you for every single thing. Enough banking with St George in general. But keep the good work, especially with the lady called M-L Phuong. You have given your best service to your customer.
