Great, Brilliant, Amazing 5 star service from Monique
Brooke from St George was really attentive and helpful when I attended just before close. Her customer service was wonderful and she was very kind.
So my card is stuck in the ATM and the lady holding this meeting instead of helping me quickly get it out has told me to wait 10 minutes and I find this very poor customer service!
Courtney printed me out a new form and helped me with my government rebate. She was very polite and swift.
Left worse then when I walked in :S I went to pick up a card, and tried to set the pin through my then working internet banking account. Something went wrong and now I dont have any access to my accounts and they have said I have to call St George to fix as they cant help from the branch. 45 minute wait time on the call!
