So my card is stuck in the ATM and the lady holding this meeting instead of helping me quickly get it out has told me to wait 10 minutes and I find this very poor customer service!
Courtney printed me out a new form and helped me with my government rebate. She was very polite and swift.
Left worse then when I walked in :S I went to pick up a card, and tried to set the pin through my then working internet banking account. Something went wrong and now I dont have any access to my accounts and they have said I have to call St George to fix as they cant help from the branch. 45 minute wait time on the call!
A once great bank is now replaced with pathetic service and useless staff. Australian. Banking is an archaic nightmare.
Poor customer service by some staff. One lady was helpful and friendly but she couldn't help me with my query and asked another team member to help me. The second team member was very abrupt and lacked knowledge. I myself suggested a solution to my need and it worked. I will never again use this branch's services.
