I recently moved permanently from Ryde in Sydney to the beautiful Southern Highlands and decided to open a joint account with my partner who was already banking with St George. The Customer Service Adviser was Dianna Kostadinovski, who provided exceptional and comprehensive service in the process of opening a Joint Transaction Account with a Maxi Account and supplying Debit Cards to both partners. Shout out to the Branch Manager (St George) and his colleague who assisted my family and I today. Exceptional services by both individuals.
Have been going to St George Bowral for ages and the staff have always been spot on.!! Have always been helpful with any enquiry. The branch is now with Westpac on the High street and now the bank tellers service both Banks (great idea.!) The service is still excellent ...can get busy at times but they still look after you when it's your turn. Some staff have moved on but you now have Peter, Amber, Liv, Sharon and the rest of the team doing a great job. Of course let's not forget their delightful manager Brittany who's here,... read more
