A serious of mistakes over a period of two weeks by the bank, left me without access to my money. This included them cancelling my bank account! Several hours on the phone on hold getting nowhere, taxi trips to banks that didn’t exist yet advertised for example Potts point. My patients finally boiled over in Bondi. Slow service, staff have pretending they can’t see the 9 people waiting in a long line down pat. Meanwhile 3 of them chatting to each other at entrance whilst one teller is flat out
