I need to clarify an e Mail, received from st georg bank. To talk to a staff member is impossible, I only got there so called AI. As result, I have to drive to a branch. Service 50 back was 10 times better as it is now.

The worst bank experience ive ever had. The staff were cold and absolutely no customer service. I asked about making a complaint, the staff refused to give their names and they had no name badges and the manger refused to acknowledge me or make eye contact with me. I understand why they have signs about aggressive behaviour and security. Its not hard to prevent altercations with proactive customer service.

I attended this branch on 22 December 2020. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, or perhaps I misjudged them and they are just incompetent at their jobs. Update 1 July 2025. Over the past two days I have received most helpful and informative assistance from Luke F, customer services, of this branch to sort out an issue of a deduction from my bank account. On prior visits to this branch ( but not on this issue) other staff I dealt with, told me to ring st George as they couldn't help me. The issue, this time, concerned... read more

This place is a joke. I have changed banks because of the trouble I’ve had with this branch. The Indian fella with glasses is the most useless person I’ve ever met. Absolute joke
