My experience with Vikas, the customer service manager at Belconnen Westfield, has been beyond amazing. He is professional, efficient, extremely helpful and most importantly, he understands how customers feel. He really put himself in his customer's shoes. It's not easy nowadays to fall in love with a bank. But Vikas from the Belconnen branch has changed my view towards banks.
