16/08/2025 Went to this Ashfield Mall branch wanting to sort out the discrepancy in 11 mths FD rate St George auto renewal system gave me (ie. 3.25% instead of 3.80% ). What a CHEAT auto-renewal system. If not for Sabrina Wang help then i would have given NO STAR. Why no star? Simply because the Staff representing Westpac bank try to get me out of the branch becauss it is already 2pm (closing time) and i got in the branch way before 2pm. On top of that the branch mgr is also on the side of the staff trying to get me to leave... read more
