Diane Stewart is my cousins attorney. She also serves on the environmental commission in Middleboro. She has spread personal information about me to Middleboro town selectman Tom White and other things that are not even true. Information she is getting from an elderly person that isn’t even accurate. Unprofessional to say the least. She never responds to my attorney about an active case we have with her client.
The appointment was set up quickly and we were advised we'd receive a draft in a couple of weeks to review. (simple estate planning) It has been over a month now and not only have we not received anything to review but we have been unable to get a hold of Diane. Multiple phone calls, voice messages left and emails. Absolutely no acknowledgement. I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. We will take our business elsewhere and start all over with a new attorney.
I know there busy and I'm not the only one. But a phone call 🤳 back would be good.
Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with, listened to my situation and advised on appropriate action. Would highly recommend!
