Great service! Really thankful when I left my belongings that he came back to the hotel and gave it back!
This was an amazing service! I left my purse on the shuttle and he came back and left it for us. The shuttle was clean and he drove effectively! I would recommend him if you’re traveling through Jackson!
Recently was on a bus rented by this company...the bus air conditioner broke while en route to Kissimmee, Florida! Almost nine hours of sweating! Once in Kissimmee, the owner contacted someone to fix the air conditioner! We thought the problem was solved but the next day, the air conditioner broke AGAIN & some issues with the power steering which caused us to be late for our boys’ football game because their bus (not his) had to come back to the hotel to come get us (the parents).
